The course fee of 1250€ (if registered by March 1, 2010 with a 600€ deposit, or 1400€ afterwards) includes lunches each day (Provençal dining at the Institut, or picnic lunches on field trips), four dinners, a reception, and a tasting of excellent wines from the region. Inexpensive lodging is available within a short walk of the conference (30€/night for single rooms), or in the lively town of Vaison-la-Romaine, about 15 minutes away (shuttle service from the Hotel Burrhus provided each day).

Registration can be paid in euros or dollar equivalent by check, credit card, or bank transfer.
